We share healthy recipes and learn to recognize toxins to avoid in foods and in our environment. I have been a client of Kim Perkins at BSC in Wellesley for 2 years. I came to her not long after relocating to the Boston area. Regrettably, due to the stress associated with our move, I had taken an extended pause from my regular exercise program. Once I was settled, I scheduled a one-on-one consultation with Kim and she introduced me to the discipline of Pilates.
I started attending her beginner's class once a week and I was immediately hooked. Kim has such positive energy and a supportive attitude towards all of her students, regardless of skill level. She will take the time to gently correct a movement in a way that is gracious and helpful, so that you receive the maximum benefit without feeling embarrassed or uncoordinated. I have become a firm believer in one of Kim’s many mantras which is; "The more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it”! This couldn’t be more true. I currently take two Pilates classes a week with Kim and I can feel and see the physical benefits that come from digging in just a bit deeper to maximize your results. You will leave her class feeling energized and standing a just bit taller!
My wife and I have been doing two sessions a week with Kim for over 10 years. We are seniors who are 5 years away from being octogenarians. We are vital and consider ourselves fortunate that our paths have crossed when we started on our fitness training journey together.
If we have an ache or pain before we start a session, Kim is sure to address it and magically it’s gone. Kim is instrumental in keeping us fit. We look forward to each training and hope to continue for many more years. Kim is qualified, capable and reliable and a pleasure to work with.

I have been training with Kim for more than eight years. Our private workouts are different each week. So, it is never boring!
With many injuries, Kim helps me function better than most physical therapists!
She has a wealth of knowledge regarding nutrition and natural health that she is always sharing with me. Most recently I lost 15lbs with Kim‘s help! She never judges and always supports. I actually drive back from the Cape in the Summer so I don’t miss a workout!
